This action is for removing the background of lineart(or anything else for that matter) keeping the lines on a seperate layer to keep coloring very smooth and simple.

To get this to work just press D and X on your keyboard and then F4.

go to the actions click on the > thingy and select load action... then select the action you want to load...then do the thing he said ... if you can, paste the action file inside of adobe/action/presets/photoshop actions

Like it says in the descrpition just hit F4. Or go over to the actions pallete and hit play for that action.

Im not sure what you mean. If you mean the actual line color when its done. Its whatever color is in your background. The background is your forground color.

I guess you should try using the pallette on the side and do it manually, instead of pressing the F4 key. Thats the only thing I can think of.
